Payment terms
All of our prices exclude Parts and materials.
1-hour minimum charge on hourly rate work, then 15minute units.
Payment must be made in full upon completion by either credit/debit card or cash.
For materials required over £250 a 50% Deposit is required on of the materials at a minimum of 24 Hrs prior to the start of job.
Customers will benefit from the huge discount we receive from suppliers. 20% will be added to all materials.
If additional materials are required for reactive works and the customer wants them fitted immediately our engineers will charge £40 P/H Exc. VAT for collections.
Guarantees
All guarantees will be specified during the quotation period.
Workmanship
All of our jobs are covered with a 12 months guarantee on our labour, if this is not possible for instance drain blockages you will be informed before any works are started
All our employees are fully vetted and had to pass a week long examination in our test centre to insure all standards are met.
Materials
Materials and parts that are supplied by Nomel are covered by their manufactures guarantee.
We only supply brand new materials and they will always be fit for purpose.
