Nomel aim to always have 10% of work force as apprentices. This is down to our founder who is a great believer in giving ‘new blood’ the opportunity to enter the industry whilst working alongside some of the best engineers in the game. Trying to upskill labour and teach new starters to our way of doing things is very close to our founders heart as it is a way to give back and give the best opportunities possible.
